Here are the steps:

2. Make certain you understand all the requirements of the purchase. Our condo Consultants will will help you with all the detail!
3. Most New Condos require a Mortgage Prequalification: Fill out this form and our Condo Consultant will get you a Mortgage Prequalification.
4. Have a good faith deposit check ready to give to the builder. Many Developers will not hold a unit without it! (Our Condo Consultants will help you with this especially if you are buying from out of town.)
